Too many times (with seemingly never-ending lists of ‘to-dos’ and deadlines) it is too easy to put ourselves second by working through our lunch and staying and hour or two (or 4) late. Before we know it, this becomes our regular routine and a habit formed. Habits are hard, but not impossible to break.
